Kenya Vacations - 10 day Kenya Classic Safari Trip begins
with a drive to Aberdare National Park, a park with a variety
of fauna, flora and spectacular scenery characterized by
thick forest and alpine moorland. Overnight floodlit game
viewing at (tree hotel). then transfer to Sweetwaters Game
Reserve to stay 2 nights before proceeding north across
the equator to the rugged landscapes of Samburu National
Reserve. And finally, by air, to the wildlife heaven of
the Masai Mara Game Reserve for games and walking with local
masai people.

Day 1. Nairobi/The Ark
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through central
Kenya to Aberdare Country Club, arriving in time for lunch.
Afternoon transfer to The Ark for overnight floodlit game
viewing. Dinner and overnight at the tree hotel.

Day 2. Sweetwaters
Depart the Ark after breakfast for Sweetwaters Game Reserve
arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive, including
a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its
kind in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters luxury
Tented Camp.
Approx Transit time: 1 hr

Day 3. Sweetwaters
Spend a full day at this private sanctuary. Other than
morning and afternoon game drives, other optional activites
include nature walks, horse riding, camel riding and a
night game drive. All meals and overnight at the luxury
tented camp.

Day 4. Samburu
Depart SweetWaters after breakfast and drive further north
of the equator to Samburu National Reserve, arriving Samburu
wildlife Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight at the luxury wildlife lodge.

Day 5 & 6. Samburu
Two full days in Samburu, a beautiful and and game abundant
park, home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx,
Grevy's zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated
giraffe. Morning and afternoon game drives, with an optional
visit to a local Samburu village. Camel riding and a guided
nature walk are available too as optional activities.
All meals and overnight at luxury wildlife lodge.

Day 7. Maasai Mara
After breakfast transfer to Samburu Airstrip for schedule
flight to Maasai Mara (flying over the Rift Valley) departing
at 0915hrs and arriving approx 1045hrs. Transfer to Mara
luxury wildlife lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive
as you get a taste of this vast game filled reserve. Dinner
and overnight at the luxury wildlife safari lodge.

Day
8.Maasai Mara game reserve
Spend full day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game
sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of
spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and
elephant).
On this day you will go out with picnic lunch boxes to
spend most of the day in the park coming back to the camp
at late afternoon, Unlimited game drives.Accomodation
at Masai campsite.

Day 9:Full day Maasai
Mara walking adventure with local masai people
This day you will be picked by 9am.You will walk to the
hill have picnic lunch walk to the masai homestead for
dancing,cultural exchange,dance competation,then back
to your luxury accomdoation.Overnight at Masai mara wildlife
lodge or luxury tented camp.
Day 10. Nairobi
Depart Maasai Mara by schedule flight at 1100hrs arriving
Nairobi approx 1215hrs. Transfer to your hotel or to the
International airport for onward flight home.
